REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL
The Company’s Return Policy is subject to the Terms of Use.

2. RETURNS.
Our return policy lasts ten (10) days from receipt of the Device. If ten
(10) days have passed since your receipt of the Device, we will not
offer you a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your Device, you may
request a return by contacting us at: customer@cibortv.com . To be
eligible for a return, your Device must be unused, in its new condition,
and must be in the original packaging. In order to complete your
return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. REFUNDS.
In order to be eligible for a refund you must first adhere to the policies
set forth in the Return section of this Policy. Once your return is
received by the Company, it will be inspected and you will be notified
that we have received your returned Device. After the inspection is
complete, you will then be notified of either your approval or rejection
of your requested refund. If approved, your refund will be processed
minus original shipping & handling fees, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within fourteen (14) days of your approval.

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
In the event that you have not received your refund within fourteen
(14) days of your approval, first check with your bank, and then
contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before
your refund is officially posted. If you have contacted both your bank
and credit card company and you still have not received your refund,
please contact us at: customer@cibortv.com

5. EXCHANGES.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, through no
fault of the User. If you need to exchange your Device for a new one,
contact us at: customer@cibortv.com and send your defective or
damaged Device to: Global Warehouse – 20600 NW 47th Avenue,
Miami Gardens, FL 33055

6. SHIPPING.
To return your Device, you should send it to: Global Warehouse –
20600 NW 47th Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33055. A copy of your
receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
The Company will not be responsible for shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a
refund in accordance with our refund policy, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary
depending on your location. The Company suggests using certified
mail return receipt requested when shipping any item, as we do not
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
